We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Liverpool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was just right for our group of 7. We had a comfortable double bed with clean and comfy bedding, and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and local shops, making it easy for us to explore the main attractions of this city. The buffet-style breakfast was amazing, with freshly made food that was constantly replenished. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with everything I needed including an iron and ironing board. I especially appreciated the lovely views from my room, it was a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast offered a great variety of options, including a vegetarian selection. I also liked that they provided a personal coffee pot, ensuring that I could enjoy a fresh cup at any time. The staff were attentive and promptly replenished any empty dishes.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.

Great location near the city center, within walking distance of attractions. Spacious and comfortable rooms with tasteful decor. The breakfast selection was delicious, especially the sausages. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Cathedral, university area, and city centre, making it easy to explore all the attractions. It is close to shops, restaurants, and bars, allowing us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff members we interacted with were exceptionally polite and professional. The breakfast provided was satisfying, giving us a good start to the day.
The decor throughout the hotel was outdated, which did impact the overall experience.
